The purpose of these Rules of Usage is to provide basic information and a code of conduct for your use of the Mechanical Bank Forum on the World Wide Web of the Internet.

Mechanical Bank Forum is intended to provide a free-flowing exchange of information, opinions and comments. Since the Mechanical Bank Forum is designed to provide an enjoyable and informative experience for all participants, you agree to abide by the following rules regarding your participation:

Comments by Users Are Not Endorsed by the Mechanical Bank Forum or the MBCA
The MBCA (Mechanical Bank Collectors of America) does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify, or agree with the comments, opinions, or statements posted on the Mechanical Bank Forum. Any information or material placed online, including advice and opinions, are the views and responsibility of those who post the statements. The MBCA will have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the Forum. We maintain the right, at our sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on the Mechanical Bank Forum which we believe is in violation of these guidelines and rules of usage, or is stale content.

You acknowledge that the MBCA has not reviewed the content of all site links from the MBCA web site and is not responsible for the content or actions of any other site links from the MBCA site and Forum and does not endorse them. Your linking to any service or site is at your sole risk.

Materials Posted by Others
You agree that the MBCA is not responsible, and shall have no liability to you, with respect to any information or materials posted by others, including defamatory, offensive or illicit material.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the MBCA, its members, agents and representatives, and to hold them harmless, from any and all claims and liabilities (including attorneys fees) which may arise from your submissions, from your unauthorized use of material obtained through the Mechanical Bank Forum, or from your violation of these rules, or from any such acts through your use of the Mechanical Bank Forum.

Editing and Deletions
We reserves the right, but undertake no duty, to review, edit, move, or delete any material provided for display or placed on the Mechanical Bank Forum, in its sole discretion, without notice.
